The brief

Capita PLC’s Experience Pension Solutions division wanted a refreshing way to make their brand stand out at the upcoming PLSA Annual Conference. They approached Brand Juice with a creative idea: custom-branded juice bottles that would align with their service offerings. The challenge? To produce high-quality, branded juices that would create a memorable brand experience, all while working against a tight deadline.

Our approach

  1. Custom branded juice bottles

We produced 500 60ml PET bottles, each with a vibrant full-print label. The labels were designed to promote Capita’s service offerings, with four distinct colours each highlighting a different service. The flavours we delivered were:

125 x Vitamin shot

125 x Brain booster shot

125 x Antioxidant shot

125 x Immune booster shot

Each flavour’s bottle had a consistent design but with a unique colour, creating a visually striking set when arranged together. Capita also incorporated a QR code on the labels, adding an interactive element to engage attendees further.

  1. Fast turnaround

Despite the late notice, our team sprang into action. Through efficient communication and quick decision-making on both sides, we were able to produce and deliver the juice bottles in time for the event.

  1. Fresh delivery

In a stroke of logistical luck, we were also setting up coffee bars at the same event with our sister company, The Barista. This allowed us to produce the juices on the morning they were needed and deliver them directly to Capita’s stand just hours later, ensuring maximum freshness. This level of same-day service is not usually possible, so it was great to be able to deliver an extra touch of quality that exceeded the client’s expectations.
